Roger Kline

Roger L. Kline is a judge on the Ohio Fourth District Court of Appeals. He has served in this position since February of 1995[1] and he will be up for re-election in 2012, when his 6-year term ends.[2]

Biography

Judge Kline received his B.B.A. degree from Ohio University in 1974 and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School in 1978. He is currently married and has three children and two grandchildren.[1]

Legal career

Judge Kline worked as a school board member from 1978 to 1980. He became a Pickaway County Prosecutor in 1981 and a Pickaway County Probate and Juvenile Judge in 1985. He judged on this court until 1995, when he became an Appellate Judge.[1]
