Roger Thomas Foley (1886-1974) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.

Foley was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on March 30, 1945, to a seat vacated by Frank Herbert Norcross; he was confirmed by the Senate on April 10, 1945, and received commission on May 2, 1945. From 1954-1957, he served as the chief judge. He assumed senior status on April 1, 1957. He served the District of Nevada until his death on October 9, 1974.[1]
