Ruth Ann Hall is a judge on the Circuit 23 Court. She was appointed by Governor Robert Bentley in July 2011. [1] Her current term expires in 2018.
Education
Hall received her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and in 1990, her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law. [1]
Career
