Sam Blakeley Hall, Jr. (1924-1994) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Hall was nominated to the Eastern District of Texas by President Ronald Reagan on April 17, 1985, to a seat vacated by Joseph Fisher; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 3, 1985, and received commission on May 10, 1985. He served the Eastern District of Texas until his death on April 10, 1994.[1]
