San Patricio County, Texas contains three judicial districts, one County Court, and one County Court at Law. [1]

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas has jurisdiction in San Patricio County. Appeals from the Southern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
