Scott Gan is one of sixteen members of the Arizona Commission on Appellate Court Appointments, and one of five attorney members. By law, members of the commission must be split between the political parties. Along with Albert Flores and Jill Harrison, Gan is one of three Democratic attorneys, of the five who are attorney members of the group.
