Sebastian County is one of 75 counties in Arkansas. It is located within the Twelfth Circuit.

The United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas has jurisdiction in Sebastian County. Appeals from the Western District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.[1]
