Smith Murphey is a judge for the Seventeenth Judicial District Place 1 in Mississippi.[1] He was elected in 2010 and his current term ends in 2014.
2010 election
Murphey defeated William R. Sanders, Jr., Adam A. Pittman and Rhonda Mason Amis in the general election, winning 53% of the vote. [2] [3]
