Stuart R. Berger is a judge for the Court of Special Appeals in Maryland. He was appointed to this position by Gov. Martin O'Malley on December 22, 2011 to replace Judge Ellen Hollander, and was elected to a full term in November 2012.[1] His current term expires in 2022.

Berger received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore.[2]
