Stubblefield appointed presiding judge

Austin, Texas: Judge Billy Ray Stubblefield was appointed to replace Judge B.B. Schraub as the presiding judge of the Texas Third Administrative Judicial Region. Stubblefield has judged on the 26th District Court since Jan. 1, 1993.[1]
