The Superior Court of Delaware has statewide jurisdiction over criminal and civil cases except equity cases, which the Court of Chancery hears and domestic cases, which the Family Court hears. The Superior Court is also an intermediate appellate court that hears appeals from the Court of Common Pleas, the Family Court, and administrative agencies. Superior court decisions are appealed to the Supreme Court.

Court divisions

There are three Superior Courts in Delaware:

• Kent County Superior Court, Delaware
• New Castle County Superior Court, Delaware
• Sussex County Superior Court, Delaware
