Talladega County is the only county in the 29th Circuit of Alabama.[1]
The people of Talladega County are served by a Circuit Court, District Court, Probate Court and six Municipal Courts.
The United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama has jurisdiction in Talladega County. Appeals from the Northern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
