- width. The width of the box. Currently defaults to "12em" to suit the current list, but this could be changed if the list is changed.
- background. The colour of the background. If set to "off", the background colour of the box will be the background colour of the page or containing box.
- float. Sets the CSS float property for the box. Normally you would use either "left" or "right".
