Vacancy warning system
This system was developed by the staff at Judgepedia to readily indicate to readers the number of vacant seats in any given court as a percentage of the total seats. Courts with a higher percentage of vacant seats have red headings and courts with a no vacant seats have green headings. Percentages in between are indicated by the chart below. The headings and borders on the info boxes of all district and appellate courts will be changed to reflect this system.
