Tennessee Probate Courts are courts with "exclusive jurisdiction over probate of wills and administration of estates. The courts also handle conservatorships and guardianships" in Tennessee. The only counties with Probate Courts are Davidson and Shelby in the Twentieth and Thirtieth judicial districts. Judges of these courts serve eight year terms.[1][2][3]
