Thomas Hoyt Davis (1892-1969) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

Davis was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on January 3, 1945, to a seat vacated by Bascom Sine Deaver; he was confirmed by the Senate on January 29, 1945, and received commission on January 30th. He served as chief judge from 1949 until he assumed senior status on June 30, 1961. He served until his death on May 19, 1969. Davis was succeeded in this position by James Robert Elliott.
