Thomas C. Egan (1894-1961) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Egan was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on August 7, 1957, to a seat vacated by George Austin Welsh; he was confirmed by the Senate on August 22, 1957, and received his commission on August 26th.[1] He served until his death on July 6, 1961. Egan was succeeded in this position by John Morgan Davis.
