Thomas Flannery

Thomas Aquinas Flannery (1918-2007) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Flannery was nominated by President Richard Nixon on November 18, 1971, to a seat vacated by Leonard Walsh; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 1, 1971, and received commission on December 6. He assumed senior status on May 10, 1985, and served in that capacity until his death on September 20, 2007.[1]
