Thomas H. Sachse is a judge for the Fourth Judicial District of the District Courts in Kansas. He was retained on Nov. 6, 2012 for a term that expires on December 31, 2016.[1]
Education
Sachse earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas and his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law.[2]
Career
Sachse was appointed to the Fourth Judicial District in 1991. Before his appointment he spent 17 years in the private practice of law. He also served as Wellsville Municipal Court Judge from 1980 to 1986.[2]

Sachse stood for retention on Nov. 6, 2012.[3] He was successful in his bid for retention, earning 66.8% of the vote with 14,436 yes votes.[1]
