Thomas Penfield Jackson (1937-present) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Jackson was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on May 24, 1982, to a seat vacated by Oliver Gasch; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 24, 1982, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on January 31, 2002. He served the District of Columbia until his retirement on August 31, 2004. [1]
