Thomas L. Willhite, Jr. is a judge on the Second District, Division Four of the California Courts of Appeal. He was appointed by Gov. Schwarzenegger and was sworn-in on April 4, 2005. His current term expires on January 7, 2019.
Thomas Willhite graduated from UCLA in 1976 and from the Loyola University School of Law in 1979. 
Justice Willhite started as a Deputy Attorney General, a position he held from 1980 to 1990. He was then appointed to the Los Angeles Municipal Court. In 1997, he was appointed by Gov. Wilson to the Superior Court.
