Thomas L. Willhite, Jr. is a judge on the Second District, Division Four of the California Courts of Appeal. He was appointed by Gov. Schwarzenegger in 2005.

Biography

Thomas Willhite was born in Southern California. He graduated from UCLA in 1976 and from the Loyola University School of Law in 1979. He is married with two children.[1]

Legal career

Justice Willhite started as a Deputy Attorney General, a position he held from 1980 to 1990. He was then appointed to the Los Angeles Municipal Court. In 1997, he was appointed by Gov. Wilson to the Superior Court.[1]
