Education

Day received his Bachelors from Ball State University. He received his JD from Indiana University's School of Law.[1]

Career

Directly out of law school, Day served as Decatur County deputy prosecutor for two years, and, following that, as a Decatur County public defender for one year. Since that time, he has worked in private practice.[2]

2012 election

Day ran against Robert D. Wickens in the 2012 election and was successful in his bid, receiving 61.3% of the vote.[3]
