Oregon: Jeffrey M. Wallace and Garry L. Reynolds, the two longest-serving state court judges for the counties of Umatilla and Morrow, are retiring on December 31, 2010. Wallace has served on the Umatill and Morrow Circuit Courts since 1993, and Reynolds since 1996. Wallace, 61, said, “I served 18 years, and it seemed like a good time to retire." Regarding his own career, Reynolds stated, “I tried hard to just be of service, and to treat everyone who came before me with respect." Outgoing-Governor Kulongoski will appoint two replacements to the Circuit Court.[1][2][3]
