United States Circuit Court for the Northern District of Texas

The United States Circuit Court for the Northern District of Texas was established on July 11, 1879, to have appellate jurisdiction over the District Court for the Northern District of Texas. It was abolished with the rest of the circuit court system on March 3, 1911[1].
