The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit is a federal appellate court with jurisdiction over the United States district courts in the following United States federal judicial districts:
The court is composed of eleven active judges and is based at the Thomas Eagleton U.S. Courthouse in St. Louis. It is one of thirteen United States courts of appeals.
