United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas

The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas is a United States district court. It is further subdivided into six divisions, which collectively cover 41 Arkansas counties.
It is divided into five separate divisions: Northern, Eastern, Western, Jonesboro, and Pine Bluff. When decisions of the court are appealed, they are appealed to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals based in Downtown St. Louis at the Thomas F. Eagleton Federal Courthouse and Building.
Appeals of decisions made by the Eastern District of Arkansas go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
