The Virginia 13th Judicial District is a District Court in Virginia. The court has jurisdiction overs cases, such as, traffic violations, misdemeanors, and civil claims between $4,500 and $15,000.[1]
There are four courts in the 13th District: Manchester District Court, Civil District Court, Criminal District Court, and Traffic District Court.
