The Virginia 28th Judicial District is a District Court in Virginia. The court has jurisdiction overs cases, such as, traffic violations, misdemeanors, and civil claims between $4,500 and $15,000.[1]
There are three courts in the 28th District: Bristol District Court, Smyth District Court, and Washington District Court.
