Walter Howard Evans (1870-1959) was a federal judge on the United States Customs Court.

Evans was nominated to the USCC by President Herbert Hoover. He was confirmed on February 14, 1931. He assumed senior status on May 20, 1941, and served in that capacity until his death on July 12, 1959.[1]
