Walter Angus Keeling (1873-1945) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Keeling was nominated to the Western District of Texas by President Franklin Delano Roosevelton January 16, 1942, to a seat vacated by Robert Johnston McMillan; he was confirmed by the Senate on January 26, 1942, and received commission on January 28, 1942. He served the Western District of Texas until his death on January 22, 1945.[1] Keeling was succeeded in this position by Ben Rice.
