Wayne Edward Alley (1932-present) is a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.

Alley was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on May 29, 1985, to a new seat created by 98 Stat. 333; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 10, 1985, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on May 16, 1999.[1]
