Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. (1938-2003) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Ferguson was nominated by President Bill Clinton on October 25, 1993, to a seat vacated by William Hoeveler; he was confirmed by the Senate on November 20, 1993, and received commission two days later. He served until his death on June 9, 2003. Ferguson was succeeded in this position by Marcia Cooke.
