William D. Kraut is a Magisterial District Judge for Magisterial District 15-2-03, covering the townships of Thornbury, West Goshen, and Westtown in Chester County.[1]
Professional career
Judge Kraut, an attorney who specialized in civil and family law, was appointed by Gov. Edward G. Rendell to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of J. Peter Winther in 2007[2], and was elected to a full term later that year; his present term expires on the first Monday of January 2014.
