William E. Montgomery is a town justice for the Colden Town Court in Erie County, New York. He was re-elected on November 8, 2011 for a 4-year term that ends on December 31, 2015.[1][2]

2011 election

Montgomery was re-elected to the Town Court on November 8 with 74% of the vote. He defeated challenger Patrick C. Murphy, first in the September 13th primary elections, and then in the general election. Montgomery was endorsed by the Democratic, Republican and Independence parties.[1][3][4]
