William G. Hussman, Jr. is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He was first appointed to this position in 1988.[1]
Education
Judge Hussman received his B.A. degree (1972) and his law degree (1975) from Valparaiso University.[1]
Career
Judge Hussman began his legal career in 1976 as private practice lawyer in Wilmington, North Carolina. In 1981, he became a Deputy Attorney General. He worked in this position for two years. He then worked for Associated Insurance Co. and as a staff attorney for the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission until his 1988 judicial appointment.[1]
