William H. Harsha is a judge on the Ohio Fourth District Court of Appeals. He was first elected to this position in 1989 (effective in early 1990).[1] His current term ends on February 9, 2019.[2][3]
Education
Judge Harsha received a B.A. degree in political science and then a M.S. degree in environmental science from Miami University at Oxford. He received his J.D. degree from Cooley Law School. [1]
Legal career
Before joining the Court of Appeals, Judge Harsha worked as a Pickaway County prosecuting attorney and a partner of the law firm Bowers and Harsha.[4]
2012 election
Harsha was re-elected after running unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012. [5]
