William Austin Ingram (1924-2002) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Ingram was nominated by President Gerald Ford on June 2, 1976, to a seat vacated by Alfonso Zirpoli; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 23, 1976, and received commission that same day. From 1988-1990, he served as the chief judge. He assumed senior status on November 15, 1990. He served the Northern District of California until his death on May 26, 2002. Ingram was succeeded in this position by Saundra Armstrong.
