William Lochren (1832-1912) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.

He was nominated by President Grover Cleveland on May 15, 1896. He was confirmed by the Senate on May 18, 1896, and received commission that same day. He retired on July 11, 1908. Lochren was succeeded in this position by Milton Dwight Purdy.
