The Wisconsin Judicial Commission is a judicial disciplinary agency in Wisconsin.[1]
Organization
The Commission is made up of nine members: including one court of appeals judge, one circuit court judge, two lawyers and five members of the public. The judges and lawyers are appointed by the state Supreme Court. The member of the public are appointed by the Governor with Senate approval. Each member serves three year terms, with a two term limit.[1]
