York County, Maine

York County contains a District Court, a Probate Court and a Superior Court. The people of Maine are also served by a Business and Consumer Court and several separate divisions of the District Courts: a Family Division, a Drug Court and a Small Claims Court.

The United States District Court for the District of Maine has jurisdiction in York County. Appeals from the District of Maine go to the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
