Bernard C. "Bernie" Silver is a General Civil Division judge of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was first elected on November 7, 2006, effective the following January. His term expires on January 7, 2013.

Biography

Silver received his B.A.E. degree from the University of Florida (1967) and his law degree from Stetson University School of Law in 1971.

Career

Silver ran his own law firm for 26 years. He also served as a Tampa city attorney. In 2006, he was elected to the Circuit Court.
