Biography
Silver received his B.A.E. degree from the University of Florida (1967) and his law degree from Stetson University School of Law in 1971.[1][6]
Career
Silver ran his own law firm for 26 years. He also served as a Tampa city attorney. In 2006, he was elected to the Circuit Court.[4]
