Bryan H. McKinley is the Assistant Chief Judge of the Second District of Iowa. He was appointed to this court in 1992.[1]

Education

McKinley received his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in 1973 and his law degree from Drake University Law School in 1976.[1]

Legal career

Prior to his judicial appointment, he worked as a clerk for the Iowa Court of Appeals, a private practice lawyer and an assistant Mitchell County attorney.[1]
