Charles Prentiss Orr (1858-1922) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

He was nominated by President William Howard Taft on March 25, 1909. He was confirmed by the Senate on April 8, 1909, and received commission that same day.[1] He served until his death on May 16, 1922. Orr was succeeded in this position by Robert Murray Gibson.
