Colorado: The Colorado Court of Appeals released a statement authored by Judge Dennis Graham saying that a series of wiretaps committed by the police were illegal because they did not receive authorization for such activities by the Mesa County District Attorney. The District Attorney, Pete Hautzinger, has been ordered to conduct a new trial for Tommy O’Hara, a man who was convicted and sentenced for 96 years in prison on charges of supplying drugs to a large drug organization operating within the state.[1]
