Daniel Shanes is a judge on the 19th Circuit Court (3rd Subcircuit) in Illinois. He succeeds judge Raymond J. McKoski and his term expires in December 2012. [1] He announced his campaign for the seat in April 2011, with a fundraiser for next year's election. [2][3]
