David C. Mason is a Circuit Court judge for the 22nd Circuit Court in Missouri.[1] He was appointed on August 19, 1991. [2]

2010 election

Mason was retained on November 2, 2010 receiving 72.3% of the vote. [3] [4] Mason has appeared on the ballot for retention and has been retained in 1992, 1998, 2004 and 2010.[2]

Education

Judge Mason received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1980 from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee and his Juris Doctor in 1983 from Washington University School of Law.[2]

Career

  • An Assistant Attorney General from September 1983 to March 1985
  • General counsel to the Missouri Department of Corrections from April 1985 to November of 1988.
  • Served on the St. Louis Regional Convention and Sports Complex Authority from June 1990 to August 1991
  • A commissioner for the St. Louis Affordable Housing Commission from March of 2009 to present [2]
