Frederick Bernard Lacey (1920-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Lacey was nominated by President Richard Nixon on October 7, 1970, to a new seat created by 84 Stat. 294; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 13, 1970, and received commission on January 26, 1971.[1] He retired from the court on February 3, 1986. Lacey was succeeded in this position by Alfred Lechner.
