John C. Kennedy is a judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. He was appointed in 2011 by Chief Justice Stuart Rabner. Kennedy took office on September 1, 2011.[1]
Education
Judge Kennedy graduated from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pa and then received his law degree from Seton Hall University Law School.[1]
Career
- 2003: Appointed to the bench by Governor James E. McGreevey
- 2003-2008: Served in the criminal division of the Essex Vicinage
- 2008-2009: Served in the civil division of the Essex Vicinage
- 2009: Became a science and technology fellow of the Advanced Science and Technology Adjudication Resource Center in Washington, D.C.[1]
