Marvin V. Daniel is a Municipal Court judge for the Racine County Municipal Court in Wisconsin. Kenosha County, Racine County, and Walworth County make up the 2nd Judicial District.[1] He was up for re-election in 2010 and lost to opponent Richard L. Scholze.
