Michelle Benjamin is one of sixteen members of the Tennessee Judicial selection Commission an organization that is charged in selecting State Supreme Court Justices and Court of Appeals Judges, along with performance review and retention and hearing complaints and adminstering discipline in the Tennessee Judicial System.

Background

Benjamin is the owner and principal of her own personal injury law firm based in Winchester.

Judicial selection Commission

In 2004, Benjamin was appointed by the Speaker of the Tennessee State Senate to serve a six year term on the Judicial selection Commission as a laywer member representing the South Central Region of Tennessee.

Benjamin's term will expire on August 31, 2010.
